Why employ a day coordinator?
This outstanding service is an absolute “must” for the big day itself if you have not contracted a professional planner. We smooth over the many cracks and gaps in any wedding plan, even our most organised and super-efficient DIY brides are always shocked at how much they had overlooked.
Even if you are holding your wedding celebration at a hotel or similar, where you have been assigned an “event manager” and there is a team of staff on hand, there is still no one looking after all the other elements that make a wedding. Their core focus is the food and drinks. Would they ring the photographer if he was late? Probably not, they wouldn’t even notice. This is just one example of why a wedding day coordinator is so important at every wedding, our core focus is YOU.
At private villa weddings, fincas and venues where weddings are not the core business i.e. beach clubs and restaurants, the list of reasons to have a wedding coordinator is endless.

- Two pre-wedding meetings including a venue visit (if possible)
- Unlimited telephone calls/emails on the run up to your big day
- Wedding day schedule preparation and supplier contact sheet
- Wedding takeover 48 hours prior to the wedding so you can start to unwind
- Supplier courtesy call 48 hours prior to the wedding
- 8 hours onsite on the day/evening of the wedding
- Coordination of all suppliers on the day
- Full management of the day’s running order
- Set-up of table decorations and favours etc.
- Table plan and seating layout
- Coordination of room turnarounds
- Bad weather contingency plans
- Supplier failure management
- Handling any outstanding supplier wedding day payments
- On-hand for bridal party's general help
- On hand for suppliers' queries
- Coordination of clean-up and provision of cleaners if required (cleaner’s fee applies)
